Project Description

The scope of work includes remodeling portions of the existing 1958 building, remodeling portions of the existing 1964 addition and building a new 21,000 s.f. wing.

The renovations to the existing portion of the building convert the library into classrooms, provide an accessible clinic toilet room and make the circulation more efficient in regards to H/C accessibility. The renovation also includes adding fire walls necessary to bring the building in compliance with current codes and the addition of a wheelchair lift to provide access to the auditorium stage.

The new addition contains a 2200 s.f library and fourteen classrooms. Each classroom is equipped with bathrooms, since these are for primary grade students.
