This project consisted of the remodeling of an existing apartment complex into 58 luxury condominium units. The complex was given an updated appearance with new roofing, fencing, and a new color scheme.  New planters, shading devices, and landscaping were added in the courtyard and around the swimming pool.  On the interior, the units were renovated with new kitchens, bathrooms, and new finishes.  The new finishes included carpet, tile, paint, and lighting.  The existing underground garage was improved with lighting upgrades and redesigned stairs.
