The project consisted of the expansion and renovation of an existing shopping center in Flower Mound, Texas.  Two separate shell buildings were added to the site along with parking lot expansion for the additional square feet.  Site work included new paving, utility extensions, a detention pond and a new landscape and irrigation system.

The structural system for the building shells are to be slab on grade with a structural steel frame.  The wall system for the buildings are steel studs with a combination EIFS and brick veneer. The new buildings will have ballasted built-up roofs.
