Project Description

This 2 story bank and office building is the home of the Summit Bank in Fossil Creek located within a rapidly growing section of Fort Worth.

This facility contains a lobby with a walk-up ATM, teller stations, and drive-thru lanes.

The building is constructed of a steel structure with  metal roof deck. The exterior veneer is brick and the foundation is concrete piers and slab-on-grade. The interior finishes include carpet, porcelain ceramic and ceramic tile floors, painted gypsum board walls, and 2x4 lay-in ceilings with 2x4 parabolic light fixtures. There is a continuous vaulted ceiling over the center interior axis. The roof is constructed of standing seam metal panels.
