Project Description

This is a single-story, 5,823 s.f. full-service banking center with four drive-thru lanes and an ATM lane. The building includes four retail teller stations, two drive-thru teller stations, a night deposit, teller work area, banking lobby with conference room and management offices. The building has 2000 s.f. available for lease or future growth.

This building is located on a corner lot in a large development containing a Home Depot and a Target store. The project design had to be approved by the retail developer which dictated several finish materials. The tall roof and the entry tower were solutions to the Client’s desire to have a structure with high visibility. The exterior stone was selected to provide a vernacular Texas appearance.
