Project Description

The scope of work includes a new Baseball Field, a new Softball Field, and a new parking lot, since the fields are quite some distance from the school building. The two fields are separated with concrete paving and a spectator area between them.  A ticket booth was designed for the main entrance to the complex and a concession building with accessible restrooms is centrally located between the new fields.  Dugouts and storage rooms for each field were included as a part of this project.  Since this was also a steeply sloping site, several retaining walls were also designed to provide adequate space for the fields.  All buildings within the athletic complex are painted C.M.U. with school colors.  The school's colors of orange and black were chosen to be painted as accent stripes on the buildings.  The roof structure for the concession building and the ticket booth is wood and the roof structure for the dugouts is steel.
