This project consisted of the remodeling of an old Handy Dan Hardware store, which Office Depot had occupied previously without any exterior alterations.  As a part of this project, the old garden center was shelled out for a future retail tenant.  The exterior remodeling included adding pilasters and stone on the lower sections of the existing concrete tilt-wall construction.  Above the roofline, a new parapet was added to give visual distinction to the Office Depot store and to highlight the northwest corner of the building, where the space was created for a new retail tenant.  The Office Depot store stayed in operation during construction.
