| Project Description
|
This project involved renovating the historic Terry's Grill into a bar with a rooftop patio. The building was constructed around 1910 and originally housed a meat market. It is also sandwiched between two taller buildings. One is a parking garage and the other is the equally historic Thompson's Bookstore. The Houston St. Bar & Patio has become an anchor to Downtown Fort Worth's SoDo District. The project included designing seating areas, a billiards area, a full service bar, accessible restrooms, and a new storefront on Houston Street. The patio, featuring a smaller bar and seating was constructed on the building's roof. |
