Project Description

This project remodeled both the interior and exterior of the building. The center treats patients for chronic pain by the use of medical procedures and physical therapy.

The construction was divided into three phases. The first phase finished-out two new doctor’s offices. Phase Two moved the physical therapy function from it’s existing location to the previously unfinished portion of the building. This department includes space for treatment, exercise machinery, counseling, massage, sauna, and a whirlpool. Phase Three finished out the remaining space for the doctors and management offices.

The exterior renovation was also accomplished in three stages and included cutting windows in existing concrete tilt-up panels, installing metal canopied facades at key entries and repainting the outside of the building.
