Project Description

The project encompassed a 1.5 acre pad site with frontage on state highway 121 and part of a Home Depot development.

Our service to the client involved working with the owner's civil engineer, MEP engineer, and Landscape Architect to design the site plan. We were responsible for pad site design and development, and providing shell building design and construction documents. We were also responsible for coordinating and selecting exterior building materials.

The building frame is structural steel with steel stud exterior walls. Exterior finishes are modular face brick, EIFS, and storefront framing and glass. Fabric covered awnings and painted steel channel awnings provide colorful design elements for the building front and sides.
