Project Description

This project completely remodeled the third and fourth floors of the City Center Tower II in downtown Fort Worth. The renovation began with the transformation of the lounge into a ballroom. The existing terrace room was refinished and converted to a sit-down dining bar. The dining room was remodeled and the north portion was turned into a lounge and bar.

As "Architect of Record", we worked with City Center Development Company to coordinate and implement design concepts that came directly from Mrs. Mercedes Bass. During construction, we coordinated a multitude of owner-initiated changes with Mrs. Bass’s contractor and the construction manager.
