Project Description

This project was a new retail shopping center development on 13.5 acre tract.  Site improvements included all utilities, grading, drainage, detention pond, paving, lighting, landscaping & irrigation.

The design of the project called for construction of three retail building shells containing 9,590 sf; 16,520 sf; and 20,423 sf.  All of the buildings were slab on grade with concrete tilt-up wall panels, structural steel roof frames, and ballasted built-up roofs.  Exterior materials consist of painted concrete wall panels, EIFS, and manufactured stone veneers.

The site planning also included a building pad for 30,000 sf Best Buy store and two pad sites.
