This single-story building was created for two associated doctors, a general practitioner and a dentist. The interior contains examination and treatment rooms along with x-ray facilities and physical therapy spaces. The exterior design is southwestern contemporary with multi-colored stucco walls and concrete roofing tiles.

The structure consists of a concrete slab-on-grade, steel columns, wood laminated beams, prefabricated wood trusses and a wooden roof deck.
