Project Description

This bank was one of 15 across Texas and the design was one of four prototypes.  Each prototype has one of three alternate designs for the drive-thru lanes, for a total of twelve schemes.

This facility contains a 24-hour lobby with a walk-up ATM, four teller stations, a safe deposit vault, and eight sales staff stations.

The bank is constructed of a wood structure with wood joists and metal roof deck. The exterior veneer is brick and the foundation is concrete piers and slab-on-grade. The interior finishes include carpet, porcelain ceramic and ceramic tile floors, painted gypsum board walls, and 2x4 lay-in ceilings with 2x4 parabolic light fixtures. There is a continuous vaulted ceiling over the center interior axis. The roof is a combination of modified bitumen and standing seam metal panels.
